Tips for getting the best plan
- Be realistic with days per week. An aggressive 6-day split is only sustainable if you can commit to it. 3-4 days is the sweet spot for most people.
- Choose equipment you actually have access to.A plan built around a full gym won't work if you're training at home with just dumbbells.
